Terms and conditions

The following are our regular terms and conditions. Any specific provisions in our quotations or order confirmations will supersede these regular terms and conditions.

Terms of Delivery

The delivery is carried out ex works. Transport and insurance fall within the responsibility of the customer.

Quantity fees and discounts

Fees and discounts apply per order:
For orders of wfk products of less than 1.000 EUR: + 35 EUR administration fee
For orders of wfk products of more than 6.000 EUR: – 5 % discount
Prices may be subject to change without notice.

Additional fees

Packing: 5 EUR per parcel (except for dangerous goods) / 23,- EUR per wooden pallet / 28,- EUR per non-wood pallet, 
Transport documents (if required): 60 EUR
Banking (for payments from outside EU EURO countries): 15 EUR
Freight costs or value added tax (VAT) are not included in the material prices as listed and are paid by the client.

Payment

Within EU
The invoice is issued with the shipment. The payment is due in EUR without any reduction within 30 days after invoice date. When paid within 10 days after invoice date a discount of 2 % can be withdrawn.

We reserve the right to require payment in advance.

Outside EU
Advance payment.

Legal Notice

Until fully paid all deliveries remain in the ownership of wfk-Testgewebe GmbH. The juridical place for all disputes is Krefeld, Germany.
