Wir geben Ihre personenbezogenen nicht an Dritte weiter, es sei denn, dass wir dazu gesetzlich verpflichtet sind oder gerichtlich oder behördlich verpflichtet werden. Eine Übermittlung kann darüber hinaus erforderlich sein, wenn wir Unternehmen mit der Durchführung entsprechender Leistungen beauftragen, beispielsweise als Auftragsverarbeiter. Sie sind nicht verpflichtet, die personenbezogenen Daten bereitzustellen. Die Bereitstellung personenbezogener Daten ist für die Durchführung des Bewerbungsverfahrens erforderlich. Andernfalls können wir das Bewerbungsverfahren nicht durchführen.
